Jeep Cares

Now like all you people from time to time I look at some of the other threads outside the export section we all paddle around in.
In a fresh US thread about a hill roll back issue I was surprised to see a post providing advice from a new member called JeepCares - Jeep Customer Service, posted by Emily, Jeep Social Care Specialist
Rolling on Incline Hill
I reckon it is a great idea.
Can we have one here at the bottom of the world??? It would certainly be an investment in improving corporate image (although I do know there is the occasional to and fro on the Jeep Facebook page)

I saw Emily's post as well John and had the same thought as you.

It would be nice if some part of the customer care service area in the US could keep an eye on what is happening down-under.

Generally speaking, it shouldn't/wouldn't be necessary but with all the crap that has gone on over the last 12/18 months with regards to the Jeep brand in Aust, perhaps it would behove a more than a casual eye being glanced our way.

Hmmmm. I agree it would be good to have some real engagement with jeep Australia.

Is JeepCares real?

I think jeep Aust made an attempt with their Jeep Talk on their website, but it appears to have died a death.
