Re: Jeep Navigation System Fail
Had my GC serviced last week. I was told a week prior that the update would be done and was also asked at that time for the VIN. I was assured, by the dealer, that it was all OK.
Well guess what and no prize for the outcome!!!
While in service they told me that they had the discs but my VIN was not included and that in any event I would have to pay for any update. I immediately got onto CS and about 10 minutes later Tracy called me back and said she had advised the dealer that any sw update, but not map, would be free and that the dealer had now ordered the 3rd disc. The dealer said that they would contact me when they have recieved it - nothing so far. Tracy also said she would be away for 2 weeks from start of this week.
