Mine has had the 20K service and had only 15K on the clock due to the 12 month period condition.

Re: Jeep service costs

I just had my 5.7lt 2011 serviced at 11k. $400.40
Mind you, I had to reset the oil change due message myself.. it made me question what else did they forget?
They also used Castrol Magnatec. Good oil but cheap..

I questioned Ultratune out of curiousity as they market they can be half the cost of your dealer service and still keep your warranty. Anyway I found that $568 wasnt half the price at all.. and when questioned, its because of the 'special oil' Jeep wants them to use.. which when question on whats so special its fully synthetic 5w-20..

Re: Jeep service costs

Just booked in for 30K service.

Waitara - $565
Castle Hill - $645
Penrith - $510
Narellan - $465 incl loan car

So Narellan it is.

Oh, by the way - I have past 30k and I have not had a service light come on.

Re: Jeep service costs

Had my GC serviced at Narellan today.

Very quiet dealership - only me an two others dropping off cars at 7.45am - way different to Penrith where there are hundreds of people.

No problems. Got a nice little Suzuki Vitara loan car. Txt and phone call when finished.

$475 total including a blown brake light globe. They were clever enough to NOT rotate the tyres - I have a new tyre on the front due to a puncture, so it is good they were able to notice this and not just automatically rotate. A small thing but I think it shows they are switched on.

So I'm happy with this routine service and would recommend them.

That's what we wish all dealers would be like. Just be careful how often you recommend them. You may be fighting the crowds at 7:45.

Not too burst the bubble but Hmm clever enough to see the new tyre or slack and flukey enough to forget about the tyre rotation? Thats what most people are getting from their dealers

They wrote it on the service sheet, so it wasn't slackness on this occasion. I know it's a minor thing, but I was in no particular mood for an argument today, just wanted a simple service and go, so I'm happy to give credit where credit is due

Re: Jeep service costs

30k Service is due. Not got a quote yet but I can't see how it can be any more expensive than the 10k service. Around the $350?

Gold Coast Jeep now have fixed price servicing at a much discounted rate then before.. I know I was quoted $1200 for 40k service on my JK Wrangler CRD however it's now around $700 for the same service.. Big drop!!

Not sure on the grand yet but looks much lower for all Jeeps

Re: Jeep service costs

Been off doing other things, been a while since I have been on the site.

Just got a quote for my 30k service from Narellan and my usual dealer, Parramatta Motor Group. I supply my own oil.

PMG came in at $520 or $390 if I supplied my own oil.

Narellan came in at $455 or $316 if I supply my own oil. (Loan Car incl.)

Time to give Narellan a try. My nearest CJD dealer, Castle Hill Jeep is considerably more expensive than PMG, so I'm guessing they would be $600+ based on previous quotes they have given me.
