... and Castle Hill probably wouldn't do a good job.

Re: Jeep service costs

I don't see why not, they have done my Pajero for years.
We purchased it from them, stopped going there as it is a pain in the ass getting there during the week.
Tried Parramatta Motor Group as it was literally 500m walk from my old work.
They charged a heap more. Tried Ultra tune - never again.
Back to Toyota CH.
I said to them when booking that it may be time to do the timing chain (180,000km), but they said to leave it until the next one at earliest.
They said a few other things where I know certain dealers I have used the past would have said I needed now.
Basically they weren’t trying to load me up with stuff I didn’t need.
Okay the timing belt is a huge job, so they may have not had the time, but they also know the risk of not changing it and the consequences of them saying to leave it.
They have always been fair and never loaded up on crap. Good with communication.

The two biggest advantages to using a Jeep dealer though are familiarity to common issues and service updates being applied.
I guess you could follow the updates on here or WK2 and get them applied as needed.

Re: Jeep service costs

Just over the $500 for my 30k today compared to a "heavily discounted" quote of $575 locally. Great facilities at the dealer, sand driving upgrade has been done even though not requested, car cleaned inside and out, tyres shined and as I am drawn to shiny things and bling, I am pretty happy. (PS, although financially challenged for the next few weeks!!)

Re: Jeep service costs

Unreal
Just had my 30K service preformed by McCarther Jeep at Narellan.
Natasha served Me she was Very Pleasant.
Used the free oil filter coupon and was charged $397
Big difference between $575 and $400 Although the car was not washed or vacuumed (Did not need either).
I waited around for the service.
No problem with the dealership even though I did not by My jeep from them.
I travel from Lithgow to Narellan each time.

EXACTLT. Mopar forgot to put an expiry on it. I suggest you photocopy it. There is no rule to say how many times you could use it either.

Re: Jeep service costs

They were on Mopar's website, but they are no longer displayed.
A few months ago someone here found their archive webpage which still had them. If you did back through the threads, you may come across the link.

Here you go, thanks to the wonders of web archiving

Mopar Australia - Service Special

Download a PDF of the page here to print with no link showing to the archived URL.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/tq7fofhv01...%20Special.pdf

It will always be available from my Dropbox folder.
If anyone loses it or asks, let me know and the link can easily be posted.
