I didn't think it was expensive ? , well I no they charge here in Australia for the first service roughly $460.00 or more and my total cost was about $210.00 and its covered by jeep if anything goes wrong..So what do you pay for a 10,000 service out of curiosity ?.😯

^ Tell em they're dreaming.
Interesting to see one of their 'technicians' (and I use that word loosely) resumes.
The average hourly rate for a automotive mechanic is $17-$28 according to the payscale.com. Based on that, Audi would be charging $200 p/h for the workshop. A bit rich.

Re: Jeep service costs

I paid $286 for a non oil change service on my CRD, so I think Maxy9 got a great deal.
Considering it would have taken well under an hour to complete, it still costs a lot, but it is still a good price in comparison.

Changed mine to LEDs last week. Identical heat marks to what you have in your pic.
2500Km on MY GC.

Re: Jeep service costs

Been dreading the 40K service from some of the prices thrown around on here, so much so it's at 42500k's now. Decided I'd order all the Wesfil filters from Aftermarket & Online Car Parts | Vehicle Spare Parts and use my local guy this time.
Bit of a pain trying to get all the necessary bits and pieces, like oil etc.

Anyway, just out of curiosity I rang my local dealer this afternoon for a price on the 40K service........................................wai t for it..............................$1650!!!!
Who the hell do they think they are??
Politely told them not a chance in hell will I be using them.

Rang my next nearest dealer and was asked if I purchased from them, said I didn't as it was purchased interstate.
"No worries" he said, "Have you had it serviced here before?"
"Why yes" I said.
"Well then, you're entitled to access our valued customer fixed price service program and we can service your Jeep for it's 40K for $895"

"Book me in Danno" I said, and it was done.

The nerve of some of these dealers................really...
