So I had the car in for it's 12 month service on Friday. My deal is that they pick it up and return it. That was a failure. It had to be back by 2:30pm, they didn't pick it up until 11:15, then took 15 mins to leave the car park to head to dealership.
I have it recorded with the dash cams except when car was turned off. I wish I had turned the rear camera to face inside the car and watch him drive etc...and I should have set it to record even when ignition was off.

12:00 - Car arrived at dealership
12:15 - Goes into bay
13:23 - Bonnet is up and fluids levels are being checked, I gather after all changes (fluids/filter..)required.
13:45 - Out of work bay, being moved around inside workshop.
13:55 - being driven into car wash (I left a big note saying not to do this).
14:00 - back in workshop to reset service reminder (should now be on the way back to return car)
14:15 - finally reset service reminder after much bitching and insults to kill each other with blunt objects.
14:30 - finally leaves dealership.
15:15 - car arrives back.

Neither of the two recalls (P36 & P44) associated with my VIN or the two TSBs I requested were done. Glove box wont shut.
I called dealer today (11:45am) to confirm the only work done was standard service as they didn't leave me any paperwork. After I pointed out that the recalls and TSBs were not done he said he would call me back, this did not happen today.

I had my car in the Firday before last.
Gave them a list of things I needed done. I could not pickup my car, as I had broken my arm, so needed to arrange one of my staff to collect it.
I had asked all the recalls and details be put on the service invoice. When I checked the invoice, it only had the service listed and nothing else.

Apparently they forgot the other 8 items I asked to be done. Pity that they cannot do even basic requests. I have followed this up with a very poor survey result, although I know this will not make any difference.

I now have to take it back to get the work done. Dealers seem to think this is OK for us to bring cars back when they do not carry out requested work, as we live to serve them.

Must be the norm with dealers. I had mine booked in for the 1000km free service and I asked them to install the rear assist camera. On collection I asked for the paperwork to see what was checked/serviced and they said they had no paperwork. Only that the rear camera was fitted.
I did leave the Blackvue running via the battery and it recorded the tech spending ages reading the instructions and asking his buddy to come over and look at the manual. It seemed to be installed okay but I've noticed some rattling on the inside of the tailgate. On looking, the panel is loose and not fitted properly and it's possible he's broken the clips...need to take it in for them to check.
I was puzzled as it was the 1000km service I booked it in for via email confirmation with adding the rear camera at the same time yet failed to do both jobs.

They just asked if I could bring it back in 2 weeks...I said forget it I'll take it elsewhere and forfeit the additional basic dealership 3yrs warranty.
This besides the dicks drilling extra holes into my tailgate ensures that I don't buy/upgrade through them in the future.
