I note Springwood Qld is now run by Keema. They have been awesome as far as customer care with my wifes Hyundai at other dealerships. Anybody got any comments? Cheers.
I'd agree Glenn, new service manager with an attitude, new service reception staff, and very busy with the volume of WK2 models now going through the workshop. The experienced and customer oriented staff are no longer there - for whatever reason.
I've had my 2 bobs worth with the dealership GM over my recent experiences but don't expect anything to change.
I have in the past been an advocate of this dealership, but don't rate them highly at present.
Certainly wouldn't do worse trying elsewhere.
John

Bit like Albion went in their the other day to enquire about a part the girl on desk was yeah can I help u, then she had to go out the back to parts guys he has attitude ask me if I had latest model I said yes 2014, I say after a bonnet protector, He comes out says only have part for 2015 model he,u told me u had the latest model I said yes 2014 and doubt that a 2015 is any different he goes yes it is.. Then starts argue with me, I just walked out.
I really don't know how some people have a job or were they get these people who would not know customer if it hit them in the face.

John, 100% on SM attitude!! Last guy Peter was the benchmark on customer service.
I got a text prior to driving down from Brizzy to confirm 7.40am service . Dropped car in at 7.00am and left the keys, I came back at 9.30am to discover the car had not moved. The condescending SM lectured me on the opening hours....obviously my fault for trying to beat the traffic so as not to hold up the workshop or miss my slot!! He asked when I need car, I said "ASAP". He then drove it round to the front and handed me the keys without the service!! No apologies, I was obviously an irritation to him and the front desk was in meltdown. Shame because I am in the market for a new car....but wont be back to Southport. The story gets worse, but I think you get the jist!!

I have had excellent experiences with Sunco in Maroochydore and if you are considering driving from Brizzie to the GC it is the same to drive here to Maroochydore. Mark is the Jeep Service manager and is a really helpful and knowledgeable asset.

Yep, let your feet do the talking. Life is too short to argue with morons. It make one wonder if these dealers know marketing adage:
"Make one customer unhappy - loose 10 potential customers. Make one customer happy - potentially gain 10 customers."

Re: Jeep service costs

Bob... You are assuming they can count up to 10.
Perhaps if you held your hands up with fingers apart ????

The only one's I thought could count were Clive Campbell and his bimbo replacement.
They knew a great formula. $1 for Jeep Australia, and $2 for Clive.

Re: Jeep service costs

Service was good at Taringa, but they are new, and I don't know how experienced they are with anything outside standard services.

Id be going to Albion in Brisbane if you can. Been a shake up of staff down there, and they have really impressed me and my wife of late.

**edit** Just saw Hutch's comment, maybe our experience was a one off?

Re: Jeep service costs

Craig he use to be at Albion, he always looked after me when I had the KJ. Everyone has different experiences, I can't speak highly enough of Cricks but others hate them. I think the thing with Cricks I have found is that I brought my car from them and they go that extra mile.
