Thanks for the link. I've put an enquiry out to see if the Integra's or the Blade Runners are available for the WK2 as they look a bit out of the ordinary which I like.

Edit, These are quite nice too?

Re: Mopar side steps

Two GC's with side steps at the recent jeep jamboree off road events badly damaged their side steps to the extent they were removed for the next trips.

Re: Mopar side steps

IMHO if going for looks, you canít beat the mopar sidesteps, the straight tubes gives a nice profile to the jeep.

Re: Mopar side steps

I ended up taking off the ebay sidesteps and putting the genuine Mopar Rock Rails on. I'm more than happy with them.

I was at the Jamboree. Both my side steps removed themselves. See my post http://www.jeepgarage.org/f73/mopar-...ing-48246.html

Re: Mopar side steps

...Hi Bob,
Saw your post. That was one hell of an expensive day out!!! Did you really condemn them to the square file or get new brackets made?? I'm going for the bling rather than practicality and am now leaning towards the Mopar chrome, or the Ebay chrome. Thanks for the heads up on their off road limitations anyway

$1,505.95 AUD at the Mopar e-store. From JustForJeeps including shipping, $1,042.18 AUD, a saving of $463.77. I like to support the local bloke but I won't make a $464 non-deductable donation to Fiat Chrysler Australia as reward for price gouging. There are other cheaper rock rails but these look as if they would provide more sill protection.

Re: Mopar side steps

I would highly recommend the mopar rock rails, we have crunched ours very hard a number of times and a with a bit of paint they will look like new, without them I would hate to think of the sill damage! Work great in the shopping centre too!

Hi Glenn

I have bought from this Seller as well a different type to the one you pictured. No problems at all. Plenty of clearance as well when we have been off road.

Sorry Sean but those steps half your ground clearance, the molar rock rails replace the black plastic trim on the lower body
Your steps sit below the black trim by quite a ways, and will be the first thing that gets ripped off with mild off road
