Question then - to what extent is that styling likely to find its way into the my15 JGC (e.g. that headlight styling), or is Jeep likely to evolve the styling for the two line-ups (JC vs JGC) on separate timelines?
I haven't been paying attention to Jeep for long enough to have feel for the way their design teams tend to operate.
btw - is the my15 JGC likely to be out in July this year, and when will we be likely to get the word on the changes over my14?
You won't see that or any other stying on the MY15 GC. The MY15 GC will look exactly the same as the MY14.
There are next to no changes for MY15. See this thread to see what changes we are aware of - http://www.jeepgarage.org/f73/2015-grand-cherokee-features-and-changes-74767.html
This also includes dates. Don't expect the MY15 to hit our shores until late Oct at earliest.
Unusually the GC will get yet another refresh late 2015 so MY16. This does not normally happen as it will have a complete replacement a year later. The only reason it is happening now is to celebrate Jeep 75th anniversary in 2016. The Cherokee will get the normal 3 year refresh in 2016 one year early, again for the 75th celebrations.

The video is of a Cherokee, but the questions are all in reference to the GRAND Cherokee.
Of course you would have known that had you looked at the Platform thread we are in, the title of the the thread and the questions AccountantQLD asked.
There is no right place for this but as close as I can find to a relevant thread within the Export area but... Macarthur Jeep Narallen are expecting an MY14 Cherokee (KL that is, not a Grand) to be delivered tomorrow or Tuesday if anyone is interested in taking a look.
It is the Sport variant (so entry level vehicle) but they are also expecting a Limited (supposedly fully loaded) and also a Trailhawk very shortly as well (I think within the next 2 weeks) but the Sport will be there either Monday or Tuesday.
Perhaps Scott can open a new subsection under the 2014+ KL section for Export Cherokee's since we are getting very close to launch date?
I'm getting excited all over again... just like when '14 WK2 was imminent.
