Navigation night mode?

Does anyone know if it's possible to have the sat Nav work in a night mode? Took the jeep out on a long drive and at night in the middle of nowhere when it's very dark outside I found the sat Nav was a bit too bright would be nice if we could change the setting so it's on a dark background, looked at the setting but couldn't find anything.
Btw this car is a pleasure to drive!!!

Display Mode

When in this display you may select the “Auto” or
“Manual” display settings. To change Mode status, press
and release the “Auto” or “Manual” button on the
touchscreen. Then press the arrow back button on the
touchscreen.
NOTE:
When Day or Night is selected for the Display
Mode, the usage of the Parade Mode feature will cause
the radio to activate the Display Brightness Day control

even though the headlights are on.

Re: Navigation night mode?

There is a possible gotcha here. Even if you have the night mode enabled, if the instrument light brightness roller switch is too far up, the display will not switch into night mode ( on my MY13 at least).

Look into what Fatboy said. The instrument Roller Switch might be either to far up, or to low.
