Re: Ouch! Starter motor will not disengage.

Well, got the Jeep back. They had it from Friday morning when it was dropped off on a flat bed.

Guess what?!? Not a problem could be found.

Well bugger me with a pitch falk, isn't that always the way.

They tried with all their might to replicate the problem but nothing happed, said they put it on the diagnostic tool and no probs detected. They started the car occasionally throughout the day (so they say) but nothing wrong, started perfectly.

There was a T.S.B update and I forget what that one was, and something updated with Bluetooth or nav.

Its like you are not believed. Yes I get my car towed for cheap thrills.
They were not even interested to see a download of the problems I had on the iphone, all recorded.

Anyway, no loan car for me, didn't happen more than 100'ks from home.

Mine hasn't done it for ages but just did it again last week.

My dealer said there was a bulletin about this issue and it's something to do with the fuel tanks saddle design, apparently when there is less than 1/4 of a tank sensors can play up but he didn't advise of a fix.
