No. Mine's actual paint. I've seen some rims plasti-dipped and if done well it can look good and last, but it would still cost around $100 in plasti-dip to do it.
I already have a spray gun and a compressor, so my cost is only the paint and paper.

Advanced Alloy Repairs in Moorabin did the job. I think was $220 a wheel that includes removal and rebalancing, will check when I get home tonight.

Yep $220 per wheel drive in and drive out.
