Sweet deal. $3900 for the roof and audio (but not sure if any will even be available without it (unless special order)? EDIT: CarsGuide says only option is roof at $3250?? Jeep website say is standard. Whatever

My mistake - You guys are right. Is clearly just one person from a distributor (representing bugger-all volume in a multinational automotive giant's sales) that impacts on the availability of parts or a dealer's service. Nothing to do with the thousands of parts manufacturers, workers, or environmental and economic factors around the globe at any one time. May bad. Continue to point the finger at one individual and bypass the fact that in an area where he CAN have input, gives us an awesome value hyper-SUV. Or go complain on Facebook again as that seems to help. Pffft...

....and I'll add of the twenty or so people that took a look at my car back in May, got serious about moving out of ML's, LC's, Paj's etc into the brand....but have followed the sad tail of disappointment I have endured to date and now take the piss, who's responsiblity is it to turn the brand around. Rather than recruit out of Merc, they want to poach one or two persons out of Hyundai. If nothing else, they lead the pack in customer satisfaction.

Edit...couple an awesome SUV with equal customer care, and I'd say Jeep would absolutely nail the market.....see....I can be positive

Well Bono, when (if) you get your Jeep, then you may experience CC's great management style.
You will love his belief that 6+ weeks is acceptable time for parts to arrive for your brand new and now off the road vehicle.
You will be amazed by his ability to reveal nothing to clients about when their car will arrive.
You will be astounded that the massive wave of negative attitude towards Jeep and these problems appears to do nothing to the way he runs a business.
Great manager......NOT
Just wait until his great management affects you directly, then you would understand why we do not hold the same view of his skills as you do.

I've been driving a current Jeep for the last 6yrs. And had them in the family back to XJ times. Not saying that there's not been issues with the brand, supply or dealerships. Just saying that there is more to the story than pointing the finger at an individual, as there are elements beyond any ONE person's control. Especially in manufacture & supply of something as complex as a market-specific vehicle. No secret there and I realise it is just human nature to point fingers. Moving on...
