Re: Wheel badly scuffed

Can anyone recommend a good business in Perth that does the same type of wheel repair?

One of my alloys has a couple of minor marks that I would prefer not to talk about........

Well you do know that WA stands for Wait Awhile. I've been here 15 or so years now... I guess I have fully adopted the concept.

Did you find the colour match?

I've bogged mine up and sanded it smooth, just needs painting. Bit skeptical with the duplicolour hyper silver twin pack. I only want to paint the section of the area and possibly clear coat the entire.

Swampy - did you find anyone in Perth to touch up? I rang two places and they wanted $245 and need 3 days, wtf!

I know a rim was for sale for $200, but in Melb...

When I first got the GC, never having had a car this big before, I managed to damage one of the spokes but did not do anything about it at the time.

A few weeks ago I damaged 2 more spokes so got mobilealloywheelrepairs to come my home and they repaired the wheel in less than an hour for $190 which I thought was very reasonable.Did an excellent job and looks a s good as new to me.

Re: Wheel badly scuffed

Does it look the same? Maybe it's the lighting but the finished photo looks more dull. I've got mine booked in to do 1 spoke respray by the mobile touch up next week. I'm hoping it is very close since only the damaged spoke is getting the spray.

Yes it is the lighting - looks fine to me and cannot see where it has been sprayed

An hour later, done and dusted. Only the spoke got worked on so the match is spot on. Smart finish in Perth did the repair.
