Stange seeing that the book has in fact been "Australianised" as references to Melbourne HQ and Jeep Assist Aust are mentioned.

Another glitch in the leaky armour of Chrysler Aust.
Can you scan and post a picture of the cover? Then we can tell you if it is the same as what we have received.

Seemed to go in and out of aero mode ok.
Cant even select OR1 or OR2 nothing no flashing lights now.
Have to look-up the TSB's think there is one for the compressor.
Does it give you any clues on the info panel? For example, if I try to go into OR2 it will warn me that I must be in low range first.

I can go to ORII in high range? I wonder if they have changed the programming with TSBs?

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Ours will go to OR11 in high range as well.......it does a bit of adjusting by itself though - at times when you get in and start the nose will dip and it adjusts up in height slightly - without showing any messages. Like it has dropped a bit while parked. Not every time and certainly not enough to notice when you walk up to it.

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Mine will go into OR2 when in park, The low range is only needed when using the Hill Decent Control. I think it will not go in to OR2 if the speed is above 30km/h, as ours will auto lower above this speed.

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Sorry guys, I should have checked before I shot my mouth off. Rock mode goes to QR2 and it is rock mode that it won't go into without being in low range, not just normal QR2.

Would this not be the result of the re-adjusting the vehicle does when parked.

Is it all models or just the Overland that has the self levelling in Park mode? ie. so that the car always looks even and good - from what I understand it does some self levelling shortly after being placed in park mode and switched off.

Re: WK2 DownUnder

After the house moving is over, I will take the car to Perth and leave it there for a week.
Asked the dealer to make sure all parts are available in AUS before this is done.
And supply a suitable car for a loaner.

You have an out of date book - the correct warranty book is dated 1/1/12, is white with a blue stripe on the cover. They were out of print at the start of the year thus Jeep were handing out the old book with the sticker.

The new book should now be available from your dealer.

There is a soft copy of the Jeep website.

Thanks. My book is GREEN and on the back cover has 10/07, which I guess translates to July2010.

Just like Jeep to handout old stationery to save money.
