Re: WK2 DownUnder

Further to the Navigation issues, I today called Customer Assistance 1300 133 079 and reported the problems of the navigation sometimes directing you 100's of klms out of your way. They mentioned that they had heard of the problem, but indicated that it was not widespread.
I suggest that if anyone has had this issue where the Nav directs you well and truly out of your direct route, you contact the above number and register the fault. The more who register, the more chance they will fix it.
The way they spoke, it appears the nav system is prioritising only major hwys, and ignoring lesser hwys.

There is another thread on this somewhere.

When I rang CJD some weeks ago they said that a fix was on the way, approx end of May?

Anybody else have better information?

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Welcome to page 200. I'm out in Roma, QLD on business and saw two WK2s today . A mineral grey with personalised plates and a white one with an ECB bar.

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Hi, Picked up the LAREDO CRD Thursday, fantastic. From the LAREDO build list "Cargo Trim Panel w/Storage Net". Does anyone know where and what this is?

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Don't know what the trim panel is, but could be the blind cover over the rear section.
The cargo net is as named, a small net for containing a few small items rather than have them rollong around the floor. It hooks on each side. It should have been in a plastic bag, and maybe stored in the spare tyre well.

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Hmmm ... will need to explore spare tyre well further ... I havent found any net, though it is on my build list too.

I did find a bag of number plate screws though. The dealer must have used their own screws.

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Yea - I think I had the net on the build sheet but never found it - probably in with the tyre somewhere!

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Mine was under the boot floor in the bins around the tyre. Still there, never used it.

Same here Swampy and I think the thread you're talking about may have been started by me.

This Jeep customer service is a joke.

Re: WK2 DownUnder

New TSB. Any CRD owners needed this one? I wonder if it had a postive effect on all CRD turbo's?
