You get around Alan, do you miss the territory at all?

Yes. I do miss all the rattles and cheap plastics. Most of all I miss those 234kw at the wheels though.

So at this early stage it doesn't look like it is going to work out. They don't have the holes on our chassis that allow for the tow hooks to be bolted on. Obviously they don't want to drill the chassis, but they are looking into finding a work around.

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Looks like we will need to use the Studgun approach.

Picked our overland up on Wednesday. Looks and drives great. AC problem is there, but fixes itself after a while. I think it may just be a sensor problem?.?

Does anyone know if it is possible to have the car drop down to exit height every time you use the park brake? We cant open the tailgate in the garage unless the car is in the lowest position. The wiper arm just hits the garage door.....

Re: WK2 DownUnder

The car will only lower to the park position if you select it and the car is in park.
I have not seen any way to make the automatic when you park.

Car doesn't need to be in park, just under like 15 km/hr. Hit the lower button as you pull in the driveway and by the time you're parked it'll be at park height.

I've trained the missus to do just that.

The user manual states it can be done and activated in Uconnect, however I cant find where the setting is.
