Re: WK2 DownUnder

Is there any logic to which Laredo will come with the CD player in the centre console?? When signing up at the dealer I noted the display model had the CD player. The dealer said it was purely random as to whether it came with or without. I would rather without for the extra room. In this day of iPhones, MP3 players and USB ports the poor old CD player has gone the way of the tape deck..... note how I didn't say LP record!!

I'm hoping no CD player on my vehicle! I've been told landing in two weeks, which seems pretty quick for a May build.

Just re-reading the last pages of the thread and don't think I've noticed a reply to your question.

The CV boots issue is related to all variants with four wheel drive.

(Different front end running gear on the rear wheel drive base model.)

just crossed 2K and no issues with CV Boots or grease. I keep checking (now even more after plastidipping the wheels).

Yes I agree .... but the QTII 3.6 is indeed offroad capable albeit with some greater wheel slip (AS CAN BE HEARD at 21:14) BUT it does make it in the video .. it's a 3.6

The USA ones will fit only with some modifications including some cutting
Fo aust spec it is easier all be it dear to fit the Chief recovery points
But they are not cheap
But fit great and have the same look as the factory ones
