Re: WK2 DownUnder

It's not possible, on the rare occasions they have something in stock, it has a minimum charge of $486. I needed to replace the valve caps, it took 3 months and cost me a total of $1800.

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Years ago when I used Ali Express commercially, they had a proprietary customer interface you needed to use in order to actually buy something. Unless you were proceeding with a transaction, you wouldn't have been made aware of it.

I gather this is no longer the case.

Cheers,
Steve

Re: WK2 DownUnder

I used ali express a few times in the last month no problems.
As a incentive for the supplier to get your stuff out fast Aliexpress holds the money until you acknowledge you have received the item, or 30 days has past and you have not made a dispute. Then they give the money to the supplier.

Yeah it's like eBay now and anyone could use it. It used to have a very dodgy feel... especially when dealing with thousands of dollars!

Yes, it was quite a while ago when I used them and "dodgy" is an understatement. Glad to see they have cleaned up their act. I used to constantly get Aliexpress emails and pop-ups when browsing and back then there was no unsubscribe facility, well not one that worked anyway.

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Hello,

Put in an order for my MY15 JGC Limited CRD last July and about to take delivery. I've tracked it via Malinous tracking and arrived in Perth 1st Jan.

My question is, how long does it take from arrival into city port to dealership and into my garage? My wait has been so long now I'm pretty much over it. The dealership sales manager keeps telling me they're waiting on Prix Car to deliver the vehicle to their dealership and they can't tell him what day/time other than they're trying for "this week".

The thought of having to wait another week irks me immensely, since I've waited this long and originally thought I'd get my vehicle before Christmas.

Your thoughts guys?

Mine took about 3 weeks from arriving on the dock to delivery from the dealer. I kept getting the same excuse about Prix Car. You didnt buy from DVG Maddington by chance??

Re: WK2 DownUnder

Prix Car are a problem, and word is they answer to no one. You have probably received a rare truth from your dealer's sales manager.

Cheers,
Steve
