I will check with him, as originally he mentioned it comes with the carpet mats...

I noticed your VIN no in your request to Milous in the VIP section, mine is the next number up, so I guess our cars are sisters...I'm sure they are probably on the same ship.

Ok review, as I don't live on a beach and don't only do sand driving, it would have been nice to get an on-road opinion too... (at least I know she's good on the sand )

I can't believe the exec said "Grand Cherokee is still ‘wearing’ a modest number of carry-over components" that's a poor comment to make.

Re: WK2 DownUnder

zOMGz,

Just got a very pleasing call from my dealer, he confirmed that my Overland will be White Gold with the New Saddle (Tan as he called it) Interior. Deserthucker, looks like yours won't be the only one with the saddle in Aus lol.

He gave me a "Factory order number" which he called a Commission number it is something like e*******. Is that the kind of number that Milous can track with?

Delivery is looking at Late November/Early December, w00p w00p so excited.

E is your VON, depending on the stage it is at Milous should be able to get the VIN from that.
The saddle has been kept quite.
My dealer and state rep tried to talk me out of it.
Once more know about it and see it could get popular!
Hope hours being the first the dealers don't try to show it off to the public, let then crawl all over it.
As soon as mine is of the docks I'm going to Perth to monitor it.
Don't trust them dealers. Or Chrysler.
Just see it now going to all the dealers for a look.

Hey Gribbs how did you go with this? Autosafe have one for the WK but they haven't had it certified as yet due to low demand. Unfortunately for me my employer requires it to be Australian Standard approved otherwise they wont approve me using the Jeep as my work car. This is the only thing now holding me back from ordering and it is the last hurdle to jump over.
