Re: WK2 DownUnder

oh ok, they are the "clearance lights" that are designed to be on when the lights are on to give a better side visability. They are also in the tail lights as well. I wonder why we do not have them as I only really see them in some Volvo models. I personally would like them and will look if there is a globe socket or wiring for them.

Your dealer is misinformed. The VIN's are issued BEFORE the vehicle is built. A vehicle would not be shipped to your dealer without being invoiced, and a VIN is required for invoicing.

If your order was input and accepted into the system then you would be getting a 2011 model. They will be building 2011 models for two more months.

Interesting, I had not seen the Aussie brochure yet.

Has the car been digitally delivered to their inbox? lol.

I'll call my dealer and ask him for a vin or a Von? Which one are you able to track Milous?

Also I'm hoping that I can get the black/grey wood. Looks the bomb!

Re: WK2 DownUnder

They are selling trim kits on Ebay for the WK2's with all sorts of different choices.
I would go for carbon fibre, but the wood wheel would make it look weird

I did a random check on 10 recently built Overlands and all of them had the Forward Collision Warning/Blind Spot and Cross Path Detection/Adaptive Speed Control.
