Can I ask how you find the slim line weather shields, I've been considering them but in my old Mazda they were noisey (wind noise)?

Re: WK2 Offroad

Picked up a cracking deal yesterday at Anaconda ready for the Christmas trip.
They matched and beat by 10% the BCF deal which is on Sat and Sunday and also threw in $350 worth of gear.

All this for $1034.

Waeco CFX-65, Waeco Fridge Bag, Waeco Stand, Waeco Remote Controller, Waeco Inverter, Waeco Small Fridge, Seat Cover Cooler, Cap and Stubby Holder.

That's an awesome price. I got the same from Anaconda last April at the caravan/camping show for $1300 and I thought that was a good deal. You'll be pleased with the Waeco. I took it with the van to Cairns and back and it was great.

Yeah awesome deal. Picked my CFX65 for $1000 flat with a cover and remote temp display. But that was second hand....

That would depend a lot on ambient temperature...

Re: WK2 Offroad

Bit dirty after Jambo. The plastic splash guard would not have made it. Even my 2.5mm steel plate is bent.

Re: WK2 Offroad

Nice. I used pinch weld on the bumper edge where the lower front guard used to connect. Thought it finished it off well. Would love to get a winch on mine at some point, but first WA needs to start allowing a lightbar installed on the roof, so I can make space for it...

Everyone else has a light bar on their roof in WA so why not just do it. Worse case you get told to take it off. Just wire it properly through your high beam and bet they won't care. I don't know of anyone who has been pulled over for light bar on the roof, little lone all the 4wds with 4" lifts and 35" tyres.
