WK2 Steel Suspension Wheel Alignment Settings

Hi I've just noticed that the last wheel alignment I had appears to have been done against specs for a WK.

Does anyone have the correct wheel alignment settings handy for this vehicle? Just want to compare to what is on this alignment sheet to see whether I have to chase the tyre place up to re-do it.

WK2 is more of a coined term that is sticking vs an official jeep term. Technically the 2011-current are WKs so what they have is probably right.

Re: WK2 Steel Suspension Wheel Alignment Settings

Maybe, but the sheet looks to have been generated from an app called WinAlign, so I'd have expected fairly precise product naming.

WK was on a different platform than WK2 far as I know.

As Silvermax points out, what is called WK and WK2 is actually the same platform. If there's any difference in alignment specs it would probably have to do with a standard suspension vs. a Quadra-Lift suspension.

With those figures im not really surprised, take it to a proper suspension place if you can, they aren't straight forward to get right. Mine tracks beautifully now but used to always pull left.

You will need more neg camber on the left.

Re: WK2 Steel Suspension Wheel Alignment Settings

That's great thanks SnakeDoctor, I've got the car in at the dealer for service tomorrow, so hopefully they will handle it for me under that TSB. Along with half a dozen other things I have for them to sort out...

Cheers, Simon

Re: WK2 Steel Suspension Wheel Alignment Settings

Had the dealership add that TSB to the job sheet today, picked up the car only to find they had left the comment section of that field empty... Car still pulls to the left, and they didn't fix my reversing camera guidelines either.

They were nice enough though to find a disconnected sway bar link that had just been left hanging by the lift kit installer.... It had been making a clunking noise for weeks that resulted in fruitless hours of extra 'analysis' by not just the installer, but their 4x4 'expert' friends around the corner.. Wow
