You said you put the Seafoam treatment in to what??? Your "Master Cylinder Vacuum line". Don't know about that, but I've used Seafoam in my "gas tank" and "oil filler" and had no problems. As per directions, that's the only two places it says to put it, if I read the directions correctly. Maybe I , or you missed something...

I never bought this stuff myself (they donīt sell it overhere), but many other members already used it through the brake booster vacuum line.

I would buy a dongle as you mentioned, you will not regret it. You can read fault codes, reset them and see a lot of live data. You can download the free app Torque. It can show all the indications on round indicators of different sizes, very nice. And for sure it will help you a lot.

Yes it was clean, I did put some in the Fuel Tank though but NO I do not have a scan tool for live data. New Plugs and cleaning everything did nothing for it.

Re: 2004 4.7 HO, died and now wont restart or run after Seafoam treatment! HELP PLeas

Seafoam can be used in the vacuum line. Makes a LOT of smoke and you need to be extremely careful where you tap into the vacuum line to make sure it only heads for the engine. Best done with plenty of advance warning to local fire departments, as it is a highly effective smoke generator.

Usually a good idea to run the engine for some time afterwards, as it can be somewhat aggressive in removing crud and sending it downstream where it can gunk items up.

I'd suggest the OP invest in a cheap reader as Frango has recommended, and check for faults in the O2, a clogged cat, etc.

Re: 2004 4.7 HO, died and now wont restart or run after Seafoam treatment! HELP PLeas

The cylinder has a small space above the piston when its in top dead center. If this area is filled with fluid and a bit more enters, then the piston can not reach top dead center anymore, because liquids can (almost) not be compressed. This is called hydrolocking and can cause severe damage to the engine. (Broken connecting rod for example). So hydrolocking happens when too much liquid enters a cylinder. This happened to some members already when crossing flooded roads for example, where water was ingested into the inlet and a connecting rod broke due to hydrolocking.
