Adding HO knock sensors to base 4.7 PCM

Hey guys I'm new to this here forum!

First off, I'm a 2000 Dodge Dakota owner, but my question pertains to jeep wj's. I just wanted to see if anyone has been able to successfully wire in 4.7 HO knock sensors into their base 4.7's PCM. I'm just about to start the non-HO to HO swap in my dakota and would much rather get the sensors hooked up instead of just letting them sit there.

Any help would be appreciated!
