Cracked Head

Just got the bad news so I need to find a replacement cyclinder head for a 2000 4.0. Can anyone recommend a place to order a new head? Also, should I get a stock replacement or is there something that might be a little better quality than the orginal. I've heard that the stock ones are more prone to cracking. BTW I have no idea what the average price is on one of these. What should I expect to pay?
