Need advice and tips to get better performance and gains out of my 4.0

I wanna know what all I should do to make my 4.0 run better, get more out of my motor. I'm talking about exhaust, CAI, chips, anything you've done and know to gain more performance out of your engine.

Gibson exhaust, KN the plastic(cheaper one). Im going to try a Venom piggy back chip, get my injectors balanced and blueprinted and cleaned. Then since I think my head is on its way out. Looking for the thicker casting head with bigger valves. Maybe a new iginition set they aren't too much. And when the head comes off I think I will focus on cleaning up the intake(polishing cosmetically and mild porting on the inside. Maybe a throttle body spacer(but I heard is a waste of money) so probably will be last thing. Not sure if the TB it self can be made alittle bigger or there is BBK I think that makes a bigger one. That's all I'm going to do. All the little things will help it run better to begin with so I am starting there before I get into the big job.

Throttle bottle spacers are only good for a little more sound, that's bout it on newer vehicles. Older vehicles, like 90's and earlier they're good. TB you can get a bigger one or have it ported or both.

Check out this TB. It's cheaper than the BBK and the same size i believe. Here's the link 4.0L I6 Throttle Bodies - The Fastman
