NEEDED... Exhaust hints and tricks

Can anyone help?

I am trying to remove the precats from my 4.0l i bought a out of the US Mid pipe with no precats, does any one know an easy way of removing the pipes, they indent them so they dont leak and its not easy doing it under the truck. When I installed my Magnaflow Cat-back I had the same issue but had more room for a torch to expand the metal.
