rad issues

Hello im new to this fourm stuff. i have a 2004 wj. keeps overheating when idel. so before i did anything to crazy i changed thermostat (now my housing leaks a tad, but ill just get a new housing after my main problem get fixed) my electric fan will not turn on. tested both hi and low relays and both work jsut fine. Whats my next step. test fan motor? how? or shoudl i replace the sensor on my housing?

check fan by quickly putting power directly to the fan connection plug if it runs probly ok.
could be condencing relay if it is good luck changing it, its a biatch

Did you check the fuses?

Re: rad issues

For high speed, put + on point 3 and ground to 2. For low speed + on point 1 and ground still on 2.
