Re: Tick, Tick, Tick Sound

OK, well I am not about to take out a dash board or drop a small fortune to have it done right now so I will ride it out until the Spring. I have heat on the passenger side floor, and floor an dash on the driver side. So this Winter I will be giving the wife the cold shoulder for a change! I'll keep you posted on what I find in the meantime. Thanks again for the advise!

Re: Tick, Tick, Tick Sound

OK, so the ticking noise is indeed the blend door as Fango100 and everyone else mentioned. Since I received a 30 day warranty when I bought my Jeep in the beginning of the month it is covered! The dealership is also supposed to replace the drivers side electrocromatic mirror which fails to darken, move or heat. We shall see what happens, I'm a little leery of someone else removing and replacing the dashboard and door panel but what the heck at least I don't have to be out in the cold. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Re: Tick, Tick, Tick Sound

OK so after a 2 week ordeal with salespeople, mechanics and warranty reps my blend doors have been repaired cost free. The only disappointment was that the drivers side mirror was replaced with a non electrochromatic type. But that's a fight for another day, right now I'm just happy to have my Jeep back!
