Tired Engine

Morning all.. Hope everyone had a great Easter.. I fell into a food coma, and now im up and cant sleep..

Okay, back to business.. I have an 02 overland with 137k miles on it. Purcahsed used. Starting to notice small puffs of bluisih smoke coming from the exhaust, teltale sign that my rings are worn. I'd like to buy a used engine and rebuild myself, or possibly buy a rebuilt 4.7 and swap out..

My issue is this, i've searched the internet and havent seen many companies that carry the 4.7 HO version either new, used or rebuilt. Any suggestions on what to do. Does anyone know of a mechanic shop that will rebuild a HO, in the NYC or Jersey area?
