Why is the 4.7 HO air intake where it is?
Hey all, new member here with a first post. I tried to search this but found nothing.
On my old 99 grand cherokee limited the air intake tube led out to the front grill where it could be fed fresh air. I just bought an 04 Overland and the air intake simply ends in the front corner of the engine bay right behind the headlight. How can this be a better location than behind the front grill? Would it be beneficial to do a mod moving the tube to the other side so it sits more in front of the griil? Thanks
