$100 budget to make my 2000 GC WJ look cooler and tougher! any ideas?

Hey Guys, I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ Taupe Frost color and i have a $100 budget to add a cosmetic accessory to make it look cooler and tougher. Any ideas? I'm only 17 and would like to be able to install myself with ease!

Have a friend take it to a casino and win $8k with it!

Ok, a real answer. Just de-badge it, and use the rest for some VHT nite shades to do a diy tail light tint job. Just don't go to dark!

I would do what he said, and also plasti-dip your wheels. 2 cans = 10 bucks. not bad at all

haha i just put in new headlights last week. I'm thinking about using plasti dip to blackout my grille. Any tips? can you spray plasti dip right over chrome or do i need to sand and roughen up the chrome first?

I just Plasti-dip'd my grille and wheels yesterday, you can spray them with out removing them from the car;

Park the Jeep on a flat surface(garage preferably)

Grab a deck of cards, index cards, pokemon cards, something that is a card

Stick the cards between the wheel and the tire around till all parts of your tire are protected.

Get some greentape(the tape is actually green helps with super paint jobs like the one you're about to do

With a flathead screwdriver, and tape.. place the tape on the bolts as far as you can.. since they are hexagons, put 6 pieces of tape for each side. and use the screwdriver to flatten and increase the bond.

Stand back, spray away.. more light coats vs heavy coats is what I hear, but I did 2 heavy coats..

That's what I did, because when I tried to take the wheel off, I almost put the wheels back on with the bolts not on securely xD

For the Grille, check out this link to get it removed without removing your entire bumper;http://www.wjjeeps.com/grilles/grillesrem.htm

Enjoy and goodluck chap!

Re: $100 budget to make my 2000 GC WJ look cooler and tougher! any ideas?

I got mine at Home Depot(Buy spray can bottle version!), I'm sure it would be at any other similar store: Ace Hardware, Lowe's etc.. I didn't find any at Wal-Mart :-/

2 Cans = 4 Wheels
I bought 3 just in case, and I got plenty left over!
