2004 Front Lower Grill insert????!!!

Ok so I dont know if anyone else has noticed it, but on the 04' GC front end, there is a hug VOID of space where the radiator comes down. This pisses me off to no end. Here lies the problem. I am in the process of trying to make myself a custom honeycomb lower grill but would much rather just frikkin buy one as I am having trouble finding the right material for the job. It is also a real PITA to try and make it fit properly without being pre-cut. I tried it today with some real thin black mesh metal and its barely noticeable. Does anyone have any information on where I can buy a pre cut grill? Or even the proper material for the job?

Im thinking that once I get the proper honeycomb material I will paint it black so that it is subtle, but still does the job of hiding that damn void...

Any help is appreciated as I am getting sort of discouraged trying to find this damn material lol.

Re: 2004 Front Lower Grill insert????!!!

thanks for the tips/advice!! I found this stuff called modders mesh that computer nerds use I might pick up some of that!.
Hannes- I like the way it look too, but I dont like how you can just see straight through to the radiator for some reason it bothers me. I'll try to figure something out and if it looks crappy ill just take ot off and maybe do some painting under there or something!!!!
