Smile Broken seat frame

Okay, my drivers side seat frame is broken at the weld. I understand it's a common problem, however, i'm having trouble finding a used seat frame. Does anyone know if it matters if i replace one with memory. Mine is from a 04 Laredo cloth seats 6 way power option. Will a memory seat work without wiring modifications? Any help out there?
Sean

Re: Broken seat frame

I think it all depends on the connections for the power. I had the same problem. Mine were heated but I found an exact match with out heat. Works fine.

SHouldn't matter. I swaped my cloth seats for leather with heat, and they were plug and play/
