Not really, they make kits but you would have to tear apart your new headlights to change out the halos. My old halo headlights are a blueish color but not intense blue. Check out www.protuninglab. That's where i ordered my headlights and taillights from.

It's not hard to do, I ran the wiring through the firewall on the drivers side (hardest part). You can mount the switches wherever you want to, I don't use my floor vents so I mounted mine to the vent at the right of my leg, above the gas pedal.
I have halo/projector fogs too, so I just connected the wires for the fog and headlight halos together so they'd run to 1 toggle switch and the headlight leds are on the other toggle switch. Kept it simple. I could have ran my tail side leds to run with my headlight leds but I didn't feel like running the wires lol.
CCFL are brighter than Halos, like what BMW's, etc run. Halos are barely visible during the day but bright at night.
