Carbon Fiber Fanatics

New to JG here, but I have noticed somewhat of a carbon fiber craze going around. I stumbled on this while trying to find some rock rails for my '04 WJ. It is the carbon fiber moldings between the door and roof.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/JEEP-Carbon-...2d4eaa&vxp=mtr

Thought some might be interested.

Also. Any ideas on mods? I drive an '04 2wd I6 Special Edition. I am trying to figure out how to post pics, but with no luck yet. Exterior is first priority. But on monday Im suppose to be getting my CAI in the mail and hope to throw that off in there to help with all these damn hills up NW Arkansas.

Im putting a leveling kit on later this evening. More on that and hopefully pics after while.

Re: Carbon Fiber Fanatics

I have seen that before, thanks for the post. I have a link somewhere, I'll have to look for it, it has all the bolt on and internal upgrades for the I6 besides CAI, Chip, Exhaust, and Low Temp Thermostat. The rest is how you want it to look, as in CF, hydrograph, paint scheme, etc. You'll find a lot of ideas 'round here!

Re: Carbon Fiber Fanatics

That would be awesome. I need some more hp out of this I6.

I finally got the 2" leveling kit thrown on. I cant decide wether or not to get bigger tires. Maybe some 32"? The back looks slightly lower but I believe it is because I have my deer stand and about 200 lbs of corn in the back. Atleast I'm hoping that is making it sag. I don't want it looking all squatty in the rear.

Quick overview of tiny mods I've done: Semi-debadged, 5% tint so you cant see up in my windows(had to get ghetto). Silverstar bright whites, LED reverse lights, Bilstein 4600 series and RC steering stabilizer shocks.

Also trying to find some new headlights. My factories look like clouds. I just want to stay somewhat calm to keep my profile down. Granted 5% doesn't help that much. Gen 3 caught my eye though. Do they make them with smoke lens?

Re: Carbon Fiber Fanatics

I don't remember if they have em in smoked or not. If not, you'd just have to have the lens tinted or replace it with a smoked one.

Re: Carbon Fiber Fanatics

I ordered the spyder halo projector headlights and finally got them installed. Wiring was not hard at all. There was additional stuff to wire because there are the ccfl halo's. Over all very pleased with the look. I just need to get fogs to match.
