If you dont have the money for Projectors yet, you could use Mothers Powerball 4 Lites. its like $20. if it doesnt work, or you want them clearer, Mothers includes sanding pads you could wetsand them with, then use the powerball again. They really shine then. i would say after that, use a product like Meguires PlastX or something like that. Idk if i already mentioned this to you or not in another thread.

Your grill looks great! i think im going to Plasti-Dip mine sometime this week. maybe friday. (i choose plastidip because it can be easily taken off lol)

Re: Chrome Grill Mod

As a matter of fact, my grill is fading badly and doesnt look nice. i may have won an auction on eBay for a brand new chrome one. ill plasti dip or paint the current one, and keep the chrome one if i wanna change it. i really like the chrome, but im kinda doing blacked out look. except rims and badges.

I have the money for projectors but I don't have the money for projectors and Xenon HIDs.

I used Mothers and love the stuff but my headlights are now to the point where I have to use it like every week to keep them clear which is just becoming a pain in the ass. Im ordering the Projectors on Friday and just going to get a cheaper pair of HIDs and from there I will upgrade to Xenons.

Mine was fading and was dull in some sports. Plus I had run out of Plasti-dip and didn't feel like going to the store and had the spray paint in the garage so thats what I decided to use.

Re: Chrome Grill Mod

You dont necessarily HAVE to run HID's with your projectors. they can be used with Halogen bulbs. they wont be as bright as HID's (obviously) but they will still be an improvement over your stock lights.

I understand what you mean, my lights need it again pretty soon. i just havent had the time to do it. The Mothers stuff is pretty awesome, definitely a good purchase!

It doesnt matter what you use, whether it be Krylon or Plasti-Dip. I guess i really just wanna try the Plasti-Dip out lol plus its harder to tell if i mess up

Very very true!

If you decide to order from DDM Tuning, and have questions, let me know. Ive ordered from them (technially my buddy ordered mine and his, and i gave him the money to cut down shipping) but i have 2 sets of DDM HID Kits, ive installed them, and they work great. Here to help if you need it
