Fan/blower issues

I drive an '04 WJ GC Overland and just recently within this last week, my fan/blower has stopped working intermittently. It happened twice today. It'll stop blowing, at full blast, for maybe a couple of minutes at a time and then come back on. Any suggestions or troubleshooting tips?

Re: Fan/blower issues

Have a look at the connector of the blower motor controller, it sits just next to the blower motor in the HVAC housing. You can see it when you look up in the passengers footwell. This connector is well known to make bad contact and melt the plastic connector. Solution is a new connector or just soldering the wires directly to the controller board.
