Headlights fit in Laredo?

I bought these CCFL headlights on eBay after I saw someone on here with them but the description says it won't fit Laredo, but on the thread I saw it was on a Laredo, does anyone know if it will work? Thanks guys. Kind of stoked but not if it doesn't fit

Re: Headlights fit in Laredo?

The difference at stock is this:

Laredo: amber colored plastic over signal lights, uses plain clear bulbs

Limited: amber colored bulbs with a totally clear housing

So, you would need (depending on preference and local laws) to purchase amber bulbs to replace the clear bulbs in your laredo.

They will fit fine. I have a '00 Laredo. I just had to install amber bulbs.

How about the wiring to the Halos, do they have a connector that is easy to plug in or is there some electric wiring and Splicing involved. I have a 2000 Laredo too and thinking of getting the Gen III's next week, and Smog lights as well.

Re: Headlights fit in Laredo?

There is no quick connector, you will need to splice them into the existing wires, I put the side LED's onto the side marker wire so they are on with running lights and blink with signal, then I put the Halos just on the running lights so they do not blink.

Lightbulb Re: Headlights fit in Laredo?at

I wired mine differently. I wired side LEDs into running lights and wired halos into blinker. They flash opposite of the amber bulb. It depends what you prefer.

Re: Headlights fit in Laredo?

I think I prefer not to have the Halos blink have them running along the low beams.

How about HIDs, are going to fit into the projector. thinking on getting 6000K Lows and 4500K Smog.

Re: Headlights fit in Laredo?

I have 6000K HIDs in my low beams. The projector housings are actually designed to be used with HIDs.
