Help with identifying part

Hello guys I am in need of help. I have a '04 grand cherokee and recently had the windshield replaced. the place that did the work had to remove the wipers and this plastic vent cover (pic below) it is the black plastic at the base of the windshield and what happened is they broke all the plastic screws. The owner acknowledged they messed up and is giving me the money to buy the screws since they don't have them but i can't seem to locate them anywhere. for starters i don't even know what the part is called or what these screws are called. I attached pics, can you guys help me? what is this part called and what are the screws called and where can i get them?
thank you in advance for any help
