Laredo to Limited

Hello all new to the board I purchased a 03 Lerado last week thats fully load. Went to the junkyard and parted out a limited pulled all side body moldings front and rear bumpers , hitch and moon roof for 85 $. It looks like all the body parts should bolt right on Im not sure if I will need to replace the headlight panel and what is the diffrence in the headlights?

Just my 2 cents but I have never seen a sunroof installed aftermarket that doesn't leak.

As for the front bumper and headlights they are the same.

Re: Laredo to Limited

The difference in headlights is this: the Laredos use a standard clear bulb for the turn signal/side markers and the housing is amber. The Limited headlight housings are all clear, and they use amber bulbs for the signals/side marker. So its pretty easy to convert from one to the other.

Re: Laredo to Limited

Nope, the bumper cutout is for the factory tow package, laredo or limited. Without the tow package they don't come cut out.

Re: Laredo to Limited

Nice pile-o-parts! You might want to consider doing an 04 conversion if they will swap the front end out for you. Now would be the time to do it if you're interested. You get the round fogs, slightly updated front fascia and grille.

My limited came without the cut out for the factory hitch. I added it and did the cut out myself. It's not that difficult to do at all if you're good with removing bumper covers.
