New Subs! Flexin the Jeep

Hey guys, here's a quick video of the new subs I got put in. They get LOUD! Anyone looking for some powerful subs I'd definetly recommend these, much better then the Rockford's I was thinking of...

Enjoy!

Haven't you seen you around on here in a while lol, That setup looks pretty sick.

All in all it looks cool, but if I want to opt for premature hearing loss I think I could pass lol.

What kind of Head Unit are you using?

Nice setup! What did it cost you?

Did the shop install it all for you, or did you install it yourself?

Re: New Subs! Flexin the Jeep

I'm using a Kenwood head unit (Don't know the exact model) but it can be found at places like Best Buy etc. I'm gonna upgrade that in the coming months to a Kenwood Digital Receiver. That thing looks sick.

Skar Audio is a local company for me so I got a special deal. It was the two subs at MSRP which is $359.98 then an extra $.01 for the custom ported box. The amp and wiring kit came to about $260. Then install was $70. They only charged me for the amp install and not the install of the actual subs because the guy that did the install is buddies with the dude from Skar. So I got a price cut there! lol

All in all, about $700. Just for the sub package.

I was looking at that new Pioneer Appradio too. It's got a great idea to it, I just wish they'd make an Android compatible one.

I'll get around to getting some new pictures and videos up here since I haven't in a while. I believe I haven't posted anything involving the exhaust and HID's yet.

Pandora would be neat, I haven't it used too much.

I love the sleek and futuristic look of the newer Kenwoods, especially this strobe/rave light feature lol.

If you go to SSA Audio Forum you can get this same deal for those who are interested.

You don't have to have that rave feature on lol, You can use a static color. The deck looks sleek as hell but I've heard some people have trouble seeing the display during the day.
