I got mine from Xenon Depot a few weeks ago. They seem to be quality units. You'll have to find your own way of getting an HID bulb to fit (back cover of foglamp won't go back on) but besides that, they're nice. I wired the halo function to the parking lamps along with the halos in my headlamps.
They are adjustable and bolt right up in the OEM spot. Instead of 3 screws, they only take 2 each I think. It's a miserable job in the winter, because you need to peel back part of the inner wheel well to access them, but if I did it anyone can.
