Replacing Antenna 01 WJ Laredo

Came across this badboy at autozone for $15 and it's the style I was looking for.. but since I had no idea and already made a mistake(bought wheel nuts that don't fit and tried to fit them on.. but they'll look good on the Mazda I suppose!

Anyways here is the Antenna; http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...&sortType=high

Not sure if it goes sideways or hotdog.. anyways anyone know anything about antenna changing, which types are compatible as plug and play replacements?!

Re: Replacing Antenna 01 WJ Laredo

Don't waste your money. I put one in mine since I got rid of my fender antenna and the reception is about a quarter of what it used to be. I'm thinking about teeing into my cb antenna.
