seat heater switches

Has anyone had a problem with the seat heater switches mounting? I noticed that they were loose. When iI removed the bezel the switches were both loose. The screws were missing and the mounting screw holes were broken off. I don't want to buy a new bezel. Got any ideas for a repair, and is this common? Thanks Paul

Re: seat heater switches

Interesting, I don't think I've heard of that happening before. I haven't had that part of my jeep open before so I'm not sure if there is anything else you could rig a mount to bolt to in there.

Re: seat heater switches

My wife reminded me that we had the dealer replace the switches when we first got it because the lights were out on both. Guess they broke them. I'm so surprised. lol. I ended up using a ton of hot melt to hold them in. The repair is great from the outside, but I hate doing stuff like that.

Re: seat heater switches

You think that you bring your jeep to a specialist, but they just don't know what they are doing. Except when it comes to making the invoice..........
