Smoked Taillights

Hi guys, I have a 2004 limited in black. I bought new headlights (stock limited style) and upgraded to piaa bulbs and LED markers and blinkers. I have also changed to LED on all the interior lights. In the spring I plan on debadgeing and the roof rack delete. For now I plan on doing a taillight swap. I like how the smoke ones look An my question is if the smoke has any significant effect on the visibly of the lights or the brightness of the reverse lights. Any input would appreciated! Thanks!

P.s. The knowledge you guys have here is amazing!

Re: Smoked Taillights

On the LED tails I have looked at the backup light is not smoked so it does not decrease the light output. Which ones are you considering? I like these in the smoked version...

Re: Smoked Taillights

I'm not sure, but my wife told me she ordered some for me so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! I know she means well, but if they're hideous I'll have to have them in for a month or two until I can find a reason to not have them on! LOL

Oh, and it's a "surprise" so she won't show me what she ordered.

Pray for me.
