Re: Thinking of switching headlamp housings

Just throwin' this out there, but what about heating up your current housings and painting the inside Patriot Blue? It would give a unique look and flow with the rest of the Jeep, plus you can remove the silly little reflectors while you're in there.

Re: Thinking of switching headlamp housings

I also like the blue idea with the chrome projector housings.

Re: Thinking of switching headlamp housings

Either black with the projectors, or maybe painted with the projectors. If the idea is to have the projector assembly "stand out", I think they will show up best against a dark color personally. As for amber lenses, you know my take on that...hahhaha. Chances are you'll have to open them up to install your projectors anyway, so if you end up with a set that has the amber lenses, you can just pop them off while you're in there. Just be prepared to do something with them and re-install because (at least in mine) there was NOTHING behind it. So I wrapped them in CF and re-installed. They'd also look good painted.
