Question What is the best kind of LED to use in the Dome lights?

I don't know whether to get a 360 degree LED or go for a directional type.

I'm using these in the license plate lights so they should be a perfect fit

EVIC used 192 bulbs
so the flat one swill be pointing to one side.
get a round bulbs so they shine down and give the most light

i used a round 5 led bulb

lol don't you see the orientation of the bulb, A 360 degree bulb would be kind of dumb because you have wasted LED"s shooting light up in the space above the EVIC. Plus that application is to project light downwards so I think the flanking type would be the best choice.

Those V-LEDS wedge build in the first post are awesome. I have them in my rear map lights.

You have the for license plate? They are too bright for that.

1) lol yes they are awesome! and yes I have the 5K in my license plate housings. They're so bright they project a line of light behind the car onto the road lol.

2) I just installed some of there forward facing 2W 4-LED 5K's for my under dash lights and boy are they bright! They use to be on the front of the car as runnig lights lol. I think they're like 105 lumens.

I don't get what you're saying here lol, But if you're referring to the way I outline points on here then I do it just be clear and concise so people can read it easily instead of all the text jumbled together
