I didn't think anything bothered you as much as the "a" word!

I like the coverage of the out of channel ones, but the simplicity of the in channels are nice. I have never been a fan of wind deflectors anyway though.

OH...lotsa things bother me my dude...
http://www.jeepgarage.org/showpost.p...postcount=1408

I've considered taking them off of mine...but they are convenient. I leave the windows cracked at work all the time so it's not an oven in there and they keep rain out if we get a pop up storm.

Re: Wind Deflectors

I like the looks of the in channel. I think the out of channel ones stick out a touch too far. Then again it seems the out of channel ones have better coverage.

Oh ok, I could have sworn at one point you preferred the in-channels

I agree with you though, I can't stand that the rear portion of the window isn't covered.

Re: Wind Deflectors

In channel vs stick on pros cons...
In channel can be easily removed and resold
In channel sometimes trigger the auto up/down feature of power windows, in other words when you try to roll window up the glass hits the in channel plastic and thinks its an obstruction and rolls back down again
In channel can be easily removed during the winter months making it easier to scrape your windows
In channel are not as secure as stick on and can fall out of the rear windows when the glass is all the way down and vehicle in motion.
